As ARORA, we show utmost sensitivity regarding the security and confidentiality of your personal data and special personal data. With this awareness, our Company attaches importance to customer privacy and, accordingly, the processing and preservation of all personal data belonging to our customers in the best possible way and with the utmost care and confidentiality. With full awareness of this responsibility, we process your personal data as the Data Controller in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) as explained below and within the limits stipulated by the legislation.
Processed Personal Data, Purpose of Processing Personal Data and Personal Data Collection Method
In order to provide better service to our customers, to record personal data such as identity, address and other necessary information (gender, profession, education, marital status, etc.) for the smooth running of commercial transactions and registration processes through our Company and dealers; collects and processes all records and documents that will form the basis of the transaction in electronic (internet / mobile etc.) or paper environment in order to organize them.
Personal data is requested for the purposes of ensuring the execution of Human Resources Policies, ensuring the legal and commercial security of our Company and real/legal persons who have a business relationship with our Company, completing the necessary records, notifications and applications, primarily under the Labor Law No. 4857, the Social Security and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510, the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and other relevant legislation, keeping, storing, reporting and informing the records and documents for the periods stipulated in the laws.
In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, all personal information that our Company obtains/will obtain or that you share/will share with our Company (“personal data”), in accordance with the framework explained below and in the forms stipulated in the said Law and any transaction performed on your information, including obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, changing, disclosing, transferring and making your information available, means “processing of personal data”.

Our sales points, Head Office, Shipment points (Warehouse) exteriors, dining hall, entrance doors inside, visitor waiting room, parking lot, security booth and floor corridors service areas are recorded with security cameras in order to ensure building security and the recording process is supervised by the Security Unit.
The personal data in question is processed automatically based on the legal grounds of “It is clearly foreseen in the laws” and “It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation” and “Processing of data is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person” in Article 5 of the Law. is processed in this way.

The requested personal data will be processed and stored based on your explicit consent in order for you to benefit from our Company's services and by taking all necessary information security measures according to the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698, provided that it is not used outside the specified purposes and scope.
Transfer of Processed Personal Data
Processed personal data; In order for our customers to benefit from the products and services offered by our company, the necessary work to be carried out by our business units, to ensure the legal and commercial security of our company and to ensure the execution of our company's Human Resources policies, it may be transferred to companies with which we have business relations, legally authorized public institutions and private persons within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law.
Your rights as per Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law; By applying to our company, you can;
a) learn whether your personal data has been processed,
b) request information if it has been processed,
c) learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
ç) know the third parties to whom it was transferred domestically / abroad,
d) request correction if it has been processed incompletely / incorrectly,
e) request deletion / destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,
f) request notification of the transactions made pursuant to clauses (d) and (e) above to the third parties to whom it was transferred,
g) request that the transactions made against you due to the analysis by exclusively automated systems are notified to you.object to the emergence of a result,
ğ) you have the right to demand compensation for the damages if you suffer damages due to unlawful processing.
These rights are limited to the exceptions specified in Article 28 of the KVKK. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your application to our Company in writing in accordance with the relevant provision of the KVKK. If the Personal Data Protection Board determines new application methods, these methods will be announced by ARORA.
